Pet Care Clinic gives priority to patients with an appointment. After filling out the form or sending an email to us, please wait for our callback to confirm your appointment timing.
* Please note that we sometimes receive walk-in patients in emergencies. In such a case, please be compassionate and give them a chance to be treated quickly, so they can be relieved of pain and discomfort soon.
FAQ
1 / Is there no waiting time if I book a prior appointment?
Even though you book a prior appointment, waiting time may occur depending on the actual conditions of the pets that are brought in before you. This is because the actual symptoms or health condition of a pet that was stated by the owner over the booking phone call sometimes differ from their actual status. Therefore, treatment session time required can be unpredictable. It is sometimes shorter or longer.
We also sometimes receive a walk-in patient in an emergency where the patient has to be relieved from pain and discomfort that is life-threatening. Please be patient and compassionate in such cases.

Additionally, if you do not appear before the appointment time, and if the next patient is already waiting, we will give priority to them, and you may need to wait until all the sessions are done for those who reached on time.
2 / Do you give appointment for Sunday?
We may give appointments on Sunday for the existing patients who definitely need to be attended to because of their severe condition or to complete the prescribed treatment plan, which even one day cannot be skipped.
3 / I need to cancel the appointment for a reason. Do you charge cancellation fee?
No, we do not charge any cancellation fee. Please call us when you would like to cancel any given appointment. If you need to cancel the appointment for an operation, please inform us at least two days before the appointment.
4 / Do you have a parking facility?
No, we do not have a parking facility. Nonetheless, a lot of our clients transport their pets to our clinic in their own vehicles, finding a space to park in a nearby area.
